halibut roadtrip recap: pt. 1 A few weeks ago we headed towards Seattle from St. Louis. We explored and camped along the way. On the tailgate we enjoyed bagels + lox, grilled sockeye with @farmspiritstl chili crisp, and tinned fish from @wildfish
