Wild caught & sustainably sourced Alaskan seafood harvested by small-scale fishermen and families

Why Alaska?

Why

Wild?

The State of Alaska sets the standard for fisheries management. Sustainability has been written into Alaska’s constitution since 1959 protecting the valuable resource of wild seafood.

Wild seafood is harvested in a manner that promotes the long-term health and stability of ocean ecosystems. Responsible fishing practices focus on maintaining fish populations, minimizing bycatch, and preserving marine habitats, helping to safeguard the delicate balance of marine life.

Many coastal communities throughout Alaska have relied on wild seafood as a significant part of their cultural and traditional heritage for generations. By choosing wild seafood, you support these communities and their way of life.

Spot Prawns

Spot Prawns are the largest shrimp species found in Alaska. The commercial harvesting of these shrimp happens in Southeast Alaska during the month of May. In Southeast Alaska fishermen are able to set and haul their gear - shrimp pots - between the hours of 8am and 4pm.

We freeze our Spot Prawns at sea on board our fishing vessel which offers you the highest quality and freshest shrimp possible. Often coveted for their large size and sweet taste wild Alaskan Spot Prawns are loved world-wide.

Pacific Halibut

Harvested using commercial hook & line gear. This sustainable fishing method ensures minimal impact on the ocean ecosystem while delivering the freshest and highest-quality halibut to your plate.

With its firm, white flesh and delicate, buttery taste, Halibut is a versatile fish that can be prepared in various culinary styles. We love it grilled, baked, or beer-battered!
